Oxford HR is an Executive Search, Selection and Leadership Development consultancy serving the international aid and social enterprise sectors worldwide.
Established in 1995, we have a long track record of recruiting experienced professionals for a wide range of senior and specialist international management positions working out of Europe, North America, Africa, Asia and Australia. Since 2006 we have been expanding our capacity to support the sectors we serve by offering consultancy on human resource management, organisational change, and leadership and management development.
